Tobias Bray, Managing Partner, In-bound Lead Generation and Social Media

Toby leads the social marketing and in-bound lead generation practice at 360 Sales Focus. “I’m passionate about solving problems that involve human behavior and technology and enjoy the challenges involved in working with businesses to improve all aspects of marketing and sales”.

Toby has the unique ability to think strategically and provide actionable tactical direction in situations that lack clarity. His perspectives on how society and business interact with and adopt technologies have helped 360’s clients increase market share even in challenging economic times. Working at the intersection of sales, marketing and social media, he has crafted programs that have increased lead flow by up to 40%.

When asked what elements help influence his skill set, he answers  “Being the son of an Engineer and a Sociologist gives one a unique lens on the world. One that constantly reminds me that it’s about people first and technology second”.

His professional background includes Product Management, Program Management, Business Operations, and Marketing. He has lectured at the Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business and is currently the Managing Partner of 360 Sales Focus and Founder of Clarity Interactive Group. “I like being in the game not standing on the sidelines. Part of my philosophy is to make sure my clients learn and grow as a result of our working relationship”.

Toby lives in the Baltimore area with his wife and daughter. His volunteer activities include teaching teachers how to employ technology in the classroom.

He brings to the table the ability to generate profitable sales, negotiate value-added agreements, and develop trusted advisor relationships. Mr. Diggs has the expertise to quickly assess an organization’s situation, create a plan to address the challenges and take action.

Mr. Diggs’ expertise includes business strategies and development, consultative and strategic selling, channel development, customer service, and process improvement.
